Your kit(s) will be sent to the email you provided on your order, via our direct delivery system.

If you do not see the email in your primary inbox, please check your Spam folder.

Loops and samples purchased/downloaded on Drumify are NOT royalty free, and are under 100% ownership of the creator.

Any release with a major artist or major label must be cleared by the producer and/or Drumify prior to pursuing profit.

For easy guaranteed clearance, email support@drumify.com.

Kits purchased on Drumify are eligible for refunds for store credit.

If the kit(s) you purchased were not delivered to you via email and/or the account downloads page due to a technical error, please contact orders@drumify.com with proof of purchase (a screenshot of the reciept), the order #, and the kit(s) that were not delivered.
